I recently visited Paige’s Bistro and it did not disappoint. It’s close to my house and I recently needed to do two things eat and review a few more places before the year ends to receive my expert reviewers badge. Upon arrival there was a young lady working the counter she was the only one upfront and she was doing a ... great job getting people in and out. There are two ordering kiosk tablets which is a very smart idea. The ordering process was pretty self explanatory. I went with the churro waffle and 3pc whole wingg tossed in honey lemon pepper, it was very good. I also added the strawberry shortcake cheesecake and it was delicious. On top of that I couldn’t pass up the mango lemonade it was perfect. I ordered to go but if you decide to dine in they also have a bunch of games for you to enjoy while you dine in, that’s a nice touch it makes you feel welcome. I got the Cajun Persuasion Chicken Sandwich and the Cajun Mac & cheese. I've had a lot great food in my travels, but that ... sandwich was the best thing I've eaten in a couple years. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, crispy outside, juicy and tender on the inside. The hot honey and creole sauces combine for an amazing flavor. The Cajun Mac & cheese was fantastic too. I visited Atlanta for the summer and tried food all over the area. This is the BEST place I tried. They got THE BEST burgers ever, it’s come to the point where I don’t want a burger from anywhere else. They’re sturdy and stay in place when you eat it which is good cause they’re BIG.
